  • $250: Booth/Info Table or Stuff for sale
    • Info table at the event along edge of performance space or across from info tent.
      This isn’t considered a sponsorship, more like a flea market table
    • BYO Easyup + Table – no electricity. Be self contained / self sufficient.
    • Not for food or drink sales. For crafts and similar or for info handout.
    • Does not include admission to the event (you need ticket(s))
    • Does not include after-event Social Mentions.

  • $500 Sponsor
    • On list of sponsors at host tent and in list on program as “$500 Sponsor”
    • On Sponsor list online and on printed programs 
    • Thank you from stage at least once each day Thurs Fri Sat
    • Printed materials at info tent. Sponsor supplied ¼ sheet flyers (8.5×11 cut into 4) or biz cards. 
      • Check in if they have something similar already prepared/printed.
    • Social mentions twice over 60 days after the event.
    • Includes 2 Saturday days passes to the event

  • $1000 Sustaining Sponsor
    • Sponsor supplied banner hung on side stage or along the perimeter. 4’ x 6’ suggested
      • check in if they have something else that is larger. 
    • On list of sponsors at host tent, on program, and online as “$1000 Sustaining Sponsor”
    • Thank you from stage at least twice each day Thurs Fri Sat
    • Pictures of sponsor in photo galleries we share, ongoing goodwill/mentions throughout the year.
    • Printed materials at info tent. Sponsor supplied ¼ or ½  sheet flyers (8.5×11 cut into 4) AND/OR biz cards. 
      • Check in if they have something similar already prepared/printed.
      • Social mentions 6x after the event, complete by 12/31 of this year.
    • Includes one weekend pass or 3 Saturday passes.

  • $2000+ Partner Sponsor
    • All the things in $1000 sponsor, listed as “Partner Sponsor”
    • Thank you from stage at least 4x each day Thurs Fri Sat
    • Optional table – same parameters as the $250 Info table. BYO Table and easyup, etc
    • Social mentions 12x after the event, complete by 5/31 of next year.
    • Includes one weekend pass or 3 Saturday passes per $1000.
      (so 2 weekend passes or 6 Sat passes for 2K)
