Hello performers of Rail on the River 2024!

Apologies for the lateness. It’s been a crazy month or two getting here, but we are so READY!

This is going to be a fantastic, intimate weekend and we are excited to have you as a part of this grassroots musical event. 

Our goals for the event are: 

To provide the Colorado community with a magical experience like no other. We have a very appreciative audience that will expand outward from this event. There are MANY musicians and band members, people who run other festivals and venues and other industry people in attendance, letting their hair down. Put on a big smile for our little crowd!

Do I get a +1? Can I camp and stay the weekend?
Each performer in your band gets one +1 and both the performer and the +1 may stay the weekend and camp at no additional charge.  

Let us know the name of your +1 so we can add them to the guest list ASAP.

Also, please include the names of the band members so we can have creds ready for them. Email with this information.  Any other questions you have may be included in that email as well. Please do this now if at all possible.

Please plan to arrive at least 1 hour before your set.  You may arrive as early as the attendees. If you need to arrive earlier, please make arrangements by emailing

Most importantly dogs (or any pets) are not permitted at the ranch.  

This property is located around various ranches and is open range and we’ve had visits from a wide variety of wildlife and ranch animals every year.  We work hard with these rancer neighbors to keep the space safe for everyone so we can return in the coming years. Even your sweet girl. Thanks for understanding. 

There is a Green Room behind the stage for you to use as soon as the act playing before you begins their set. Light snacks and beverages will be available backstage. Thursday there is a big community feast at 4:20 – if you’re around, join us! 

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday food trucks will also be onsite. Please note there is no ATM.

There will be a table for you to sell your merchandise. Please ask at the host tent. Have someone from your crew available to man this tent and answer questions.  There is limited internet at Parrish Ranch. Hit us up for the wifi. Our guests bring cash si cash sales are the norm.  It is up to you if you want to take Venmo or other forms of payment and our internet is “as and if” available. We do our best! Ask at the Host tent if you need wifi to process payments.

ALSO if you have not already done so – please send a w2 for your band or band members. We only send 1099s when paying a person $600 or more in a year. If we are paying band members individually, we do an even split. If it isn’t an even split we just pay the band. Please let us know your preference. We pay by check right after your set. Please do not leave without getting paid!
